TANNER BENEDICT

PT, DPT, TPI MEDICAL LEVEL 3

Tanner Benedict is a 5th generation Whitefish native graduating from Whitefish High School in 2010. He completed his undergraduate BS in Health and Human Performance Pre-Med in 2015. He continued to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis graduating in 2018.

 

He has advanced golf certifications via Titleist Performance Institute at the Medical Level 3. He has worked with a wide variety of patients encompassing musculoskeletal and neurological disorders in outpatient orthopedic and acute inpatient environments.

 

Tanner enjoys giving back to the Whitefish and Flathead communities via postural educational courses at the high school and middle school level, coaching football and wrestling at Whitefish and Glacier High School and being involved with other various events.

 

When Tanner is not helping patients achieve their goals, he spends his time with family and friends, mountain biking, golfing, skiing, hunting, hiking, and fly fishing.

SIERRA CROCKFORD

PT , DPT , CAFS , CERT DN

Sierra Crockford was born and raised in Ogden Valley, Utah. She completed her undergraduate BS in Exercise and Sport Science through the University of Utah in 2015, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University in 2018. Since graduating she has completed further education in functional manual therapy, dry needling, pelvic health, visceral mobilization, and functional movement assessment. 
 

In 2019 she started her pelvic health training with Herman and Wallace. She has helped men, women, and children with many diagnoses including pelvic pain, abdominal pain, low back pain, coccyx pain, prolapse, bowel and bladder incontinence, urgency, frequency, and constipation. 


She utilizes a combination of traditional pelvic floor techniques, biofeedback, dry needling, manual therapy, and functional movement assessment tailored to the individual's needs to help them reach their goals. 
 

When Sierra is not helping patients achieve their goals, she spends her time with family and friends, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, or reading.

WESTON O'CONNOR

PT , DPT , CSCS

Weston O’Connor was born in Missouri (Go Chiefs!) and grew up in Ohio and Wisconsin. She began her undergraduate studies at New Mexico State University, where she was a proud member of the university’s swim team, and later graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Arizona State University in 2019. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Oregon in 2024, completing clinical internships in outpatient orthopedics, pediatrics, and acute inpatient neurological rehabilitation.

 

Weston is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which allows her to blend performance training principles with her physical therapy practice. Weston is passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve their movement, strength, and confidence. Her clinical interests include return-to-sport training, balance and gait rehabilitation, and reconditioning after injury or time away from activity. Recently, she has also been exploring vestibular and neuro-rehabilitation, expanding her skills to support patients with vertigo, coordination, and neurological challenges. Weston takes pride in creating individualized, evidence-based programs that help every patient return to the activities they love.

 

Outside of work, Weston enjoys weight lifting, hiking, skiing, water activities, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
